Bunger's Bon-Accord Inn hotel is located in beautiful Rincon, Puerto Rico. Rincon in English translates as corner, which is very befitting to this amazing Peninsula on the furthest west corner of Puerto Rico where the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea meets.

Famous for Surfing, the Atlantic Ocean that pounds on the beaches, surf is rough and waves are large; sometimes up to 20 feet in the winter, drawing experienced surfers year after year. Then the tranquil Caribbean Sea, swaying palm trees, gentle waves, perfect swimming and a favorite spot to view the spectacular sunsets. Extended walks on long semi deserted beaches; perhaps you will meet a beachcomber or even in the early morning spot a Dolphin. Observe in the distance Horseback riders quietly walking on the Cliff edge trails.

Simple pleasures may be found in the Green Mountains surrounding Rincón with spectacular views of the five surrounding towns and Mona Island. The Punta Higüero Lighthouse situated in a tropical park which overlooks the surfing at Domes and Indicator beaches is the ideal spot for viewing Humpback Whales as they migrate to the warm waters of the Caribbean Sea. From the lighthouse you see Desecheo Island, a National Wildlife Refuge, located approximately 13 miles west in the MONA Passage. Charter boats are available in town for day trips to the island where you will find the best Deep Sea Diving, Snorkeling in the waters of the most beautiful Coral Reefs. Excellent snorkeling is also found at Tres Palmas where Coral Reefs are virtually "a step" away from the beach.
